I wanted to drop you a line and thank you for your call the other night. It’s not often that a vendor or store will call long distance no less to find out if a customer is pleased with an order. Overall I would say that my experience with Trevanni and JoAlan jewelry has exceeded my expectations. My husband and I looked many places when we shopping for a new moissanite wedding set and finally settled on Trevanni.

The designs are unique and fresh. Also the quality of materials better than many stores. I appreciate that you use only genuine Charles and Colvard gems with a guarantee, as well as 18 karat gold rings and settings. I did not know what to expect when my package arrived. I appreciated that it was delivered with signature required; this gives me security that my valuables will not "get lost in the mail". I was impressed at the care that went into packaging my rings, the signature JoAlan gift bag and box were a wonderful professional touch.

The rings themselves are beautiful and I am the envy of every woman at my work. I want to thank you, Trevanni and JoAlan Designs for my wonderful wedding set. If my third anniversary is this good.....I can't wait until my thirtieth!
