Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.
Trevanni will ship your order free and insured to your doorstep via FedEx 2Day delivery service within the USA.
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks to process orders.

Delivery usually arrives in two business days (Monday through Friday) following shipment.

Trevanni will ship only to a street address, not a P.O. Box address. If you would like an item shipped to an alternate address, you will need to verify this alternate address with your bank or credit card. Trevanni will verify the alternate address to protect you from fraud.

Signature is required for all shipments regardless of any waivers you may have with FedEx.

For an additional fee, we will provide FedEx Priority Overnight delivery. You can choose this option when checking out.

If you are unable to be available for signature on a weekday, we can arrange a Saturday delivery for an additional fee. Call 1-623-444-2507 and a customer service representative will arrange this for you.

If you cannot be available, or have someone else available to sign for your package, you can have it shipped to your local FedEx location so that you can sign for and pick it up at your leisure. Find the FedEx location nearest you.

International orders incur a minimum $49 shipping fee and will arrive in 4-5 business days.

Payment
We accept credit card (VISA and Master Card), money order and checks. If payment is made with personal checks delivery can be made after the check is cleared with the bank, which may take between 7 to 10 days.

Sales Tax
We are required to collect sales tax on all purchases shipped within the state of Arizona, USA. The appropriate sales tax will be added to the total.

Warranty
Charles and Colvard provides a limited lifetime warranty on the Moissanite stone. The setting is guaranteed by Joalan for 1 year from date of purchase. Please contact us for full warranty details. Warranty does not include loss, theft, mysterious disappearance or damage due to abuse.
