If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund within 15 days from the date of shipment. Once an item is returned the customer will then be responsible for the initial shipping cost. Please allow 7 business days to process refund (less shipping).

Refunds Are Subject To The Following Terms:

The jewelry must be returned with the price tag intact. Removing the price tag will automatically void your right to return the jewelry.
Jewelry should be returned in its original condition and packaging, and with a copy of the invoice enclosed. The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties). "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, or tags, and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way.
Only standard stock jewelry is returnable. Custom made jewelry is not returnable.

Important: Standard stock ring sizes for women are from 5 1/2 to 8. Standard stock ring sizes for men are from 8 to 11. Rings outside of this size range are non-standard and are therefore custom made and cannot be returned.

Return your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt confirmation. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
